Podiatry Service Company LLC, d/b/a Beyond Podiatry, together with its subsidiaries and affiliated professional entities that are owned or managed by Beyond Podiatry (“Beyond Podiatry,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides this Site for your personal use.

For any potential or actual emergency, you should seek appropriate emergency care immediately.
Any medical services are delivered by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals practicing within the scope of their licenses. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
