Dr. Frascone is a foot and ankle surgeon specializing in advanced surgical techniques and personalized patient care. Originally from Washington Township, Michigan, he graduated from Eisenhower High School and went on to play Division I basketball while earning his undergraduate degree at Oakland University. He received his medical degree from Barry University in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Frascone completed his podiatric surgical residency at Henry Ford St. John Hospital—nearly 30 years after his father, Dr. Stephen Frascone, graduated from the same program.
He is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery, a distinction earned by only a small percentage of foot and ankle surgeons nationwide.
Dr. Frascone is one of the few surgeons in the area performing total ankle replacements using CT-guided navigation and custom cutting guides He is trained in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, including trauma, reconstructive procedures, minimally invasive techniques, arthroscopy, flatfoot correction, and sports medicine.
As a former college athlete, Dr. Frascone brings firsthand experience to treating sports-related injuries. He combines innovative surgical care with a patient-centered approach, helping individuals return to active, pain-free lives.
