Meet Our Doctors
BEN SCHAFFER DPM
Dr. Benjamin Schaffer received his DPM from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his Surgical Residency in Youngstown, Ohio. With over 40 years of experience, he is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
BENJAMIN McCULLAR DPM
Dr. McCullar earned his DPM from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in the Independence, Ohio. From there he sought residency training here in Louisville at the KentuckyOne Health / University of Louisville residency program.
ANDREW BOUKAMP DPM
Dr. Bouwkamp completed his DPM degree from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Bouwkamp completed a 3-year reconstructive foot and ankle residency at the University of Louisville Hospital.
